Can't connect to the server at my university

So my university won't allow me to connect to a server via their internet, this doesn't mean much as I wouldn't have a whooooollle ton of opportunities to get on during school anyhow

but it does mean that I can't get on during those times where I have the free time to do so

I'll still be on while I'm at home, probably more than I should, and I just wanted to let you all know that I cannot connect to the server here

I can OFC check the forum and shit though, I can do that

You cannot connect to any MC server? Or just Halcyon?  I wouldn't doubt an university would block login server urls because they touch themselves at night to save bandwidth.

I cannot connect to any of them, it might have been my location, but I doubt that as I had a great connection at the time
