What is yer computer's rigging? Is the rigging made of fibre or metal?

As some of you may know, i7s and some i5s have turboboosting, this is basically built-in overclocking. Here is a picture of my cpu speed showing higher than it's 3.40ghz "maximum".

Okay, you all have really good processors, how the t._.t do I overclock my pentium 4?

Its on 2.0 Ghz and the standard is like 2.2 GHz...
