Forum Update Announcement #5

As some of you may have noticed since the last time I made one of these, a few new features have been added, I will list them here so you may all become aware of them.

Changes:
-Added a quick link widget to help you navigate the forum.
-Added a single auto rank so that one post will give you a username colour (Grey - Player)
-Somehow the minecraft style headers got removed but it kinda looks better this way so I'm leaving it.
-Have changed the ranks around since last time but nothing too intense as to be noticed.
-Added ability for players of sufficient rank (I believe Regent and above) to be able to reply to announcement topics as certain topics in the announcement area require it, you are still UNABLE to make new topics here however, only staff members can.
